Shipping Policy

All products will be shipped using the U.S. Postal Service. Orders with multiple packages and add-on products may be shipped separately at the discretion of SantaByMail. 

Delivery Window

Orders must be placed prior to December 20 to ensure delivery prior to Christmas Day.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds issued.

Foreign Orders

Only orders placed for delivery in the United States will be accepted.
